In 1973 "Sandy" Domina began her real estate career in Portsmouth with the James A. Shanley Corporation on Market Square. She rose from Top Sales Associate to General Manager in six years, organizing, training, staffing and overseeing six offices.

In the ensuing years, Sandy's distinct reputation for hard work and ethical practices have earned her the respect of her clients, peers, and the Seacoast community. She ran her own sales and property management companies, developed fine-point training systems and enjoyed high visibility for her personalized service and custom marketing programs. She is a graduate of four real estate schools, auctioneering school and has taught real estate at UNH and the Practicing Real Estate Institute. She holds licenses in New Hampshire and Maine and formerly held licenses in Florida and California.

A staunch supporter of the local arts, Sandy is a former Rotarian Paul Harris Fellow, an accomplished singer and public speaker. This marks her 34th year in the real estate industry.
